FILL CONTROL VALVES
FILL VALVES
Airdive can supply a range of air filling valves
including 225 Bar international yoke, Din 225 Bar and Din 300 Bar
filling assemblies. A selection of inlet fittings to the valve are
available. Currently available is either 1/4 BSPT female, 1/4 BSPP
male with female internal cone fitting or special order 1/4 NPT
female. Other fittings include 16 mm x 1.5P to fit European
compressor lines as supplies on Bauer compressors.

Please note that Airdive does not recommend use of these
filling valves for use with 100% oxygen. While optional seals made
of oxygen compatible plastics are available, the seat material is
not fully compatible with oxygen service.
Further, the gauges supplied on some units are oil filled
which also means they are not suitable for oxygen service. If
the valves are used in such systems then oxygen specific gauges
must be fitted.
